A single factor experiment is done with 7 levels of the treatment. Anova indicates that the null hypothesis that all treatment means are equal can be rejected with greater than 95% confidence. Pairwise comparisons were then done using Tukey’s method with an error rate of 20%. What is the corresponding indivdual error rate percentage? Answer to two decimal places and do not include the % sign. (Hint: just make up some data and do it in Minitab – it will tell you the answer – but be sure to check the ‘Tests’ box under ‘Results’!)
